Healthy Bones Matter

The Osteoporosis Management Center understands that osteoporosis and resulting fractures can limit your mobility and reduce your quality of life. Cindy Luther, PhD, FNP-BC, will evaluate these risks by conducting a full diagnostic assessment, which includes bone density and laboratory studies, after which our specialist will provide you with a treatment plan to optimize your bone health.

Services offered at the Osteoporosis Management Center:

• Review of DXA scan results
• Individualized assessment of risk for fractures
• Counseling on lifestyle changes to reduce fracture risk
• Recommendations and prescription of medications for Osteoporosis
• Referral to Physical Therapist with specialized education in care of persons with Osteoporosis
• Coordination of care with primary care provider and Orthopedist
• Administration of injectable medications (such as Prolia)
