If your pregnancy hits some bumps in the road, Ochsner Rush Medical Center Obstetrics Emergency Department is here to help. Located in Meridian, our specially trained team offers 24/7 obstetrics care from the 16th week of pregnancy to six weeks postpartum.

No matter if you have a high-risk pregnancy due to high blood pressure or other complications or are otherwise healthy, we’re ready for you. With four emergency room beds and coverage by an obstetrics (OB) physician 24 hours a day, you will be seen by an expert within 30 minutes.
