We offer healthcare for all age groups from children through geriatrics. We offer medical assessment for acute and chronic disease treatment including but not limited to diabetes, lung problems, hypertension and high cholesterol. Our trained staff and providers offer education to help you and your family participate in your care.

At Ochsner Health Center - Union, our goal is to be a vital asset to the community as well as to offer quality healthcare in our area. Our family practice providers work closely with home health providers, hospice facilities and local nursing homes to care for geriatric and terminally ill patients. Members of our healthcare staff visit local senior citizens clubs and provide those patients with health in-service presentations.

We accept Medicaid, Medicare, private insurance, private pay and workers’ compensation.
